How To Play

In a nutshell

You will generally play SpeedQuizzing in a venue with a group of friends in a team, where you download the free SpeedQuizzing App onto one phone or tablet, placing it in the middle of a table where you can all access it.

Your SpeedQuizzing host will choose from a wide range of trivia games such as Fastest Fingers, Buzzin’, Multiple Choice, First Letter of the Answer, Picture questions, Sequence, Multi Tap, Nearest Wins and Wordsnake.

Each one unique

Some hosts may create their own music rounds such as ‘Beat the intro’ whereas others will not.

And even though all essential game information will appear on the app (eg questions, picture questions, and scoreboard), some hosts may display visuals on screens.

Some hosts might present SpeedQuizzing in a serious manner under almost exam conditions, often offering big prizes. Others won’t take it so seriously, offering smaller token prizes where the emphasis is more on a fun and lively night.

Trivia and beyond

Different hosts will favour different combinations of games to others. For example, you might play a fastest fingers style game at one venue, whereas another will stick to the easier to host Keypad games.

In addition to this wide range of trivia based formats, the host also has the option of non quiz-related features such as Bingo and ‘Spin The Wheel’.

You will usually play SpeedQuizzing in teams, but no reason why you can’t play solo.
