SpeedQuizzing Hosts – Connect Day 2020
After the success of the 2019 SpeedQuizzing Hosts Connect Day, we’ve booked another one for Friday 19th June 2020.
Other than rectifying the ratio of vegan to pig-filled sausage rolls on the buffet that was monumentally miscalculated by our very own plant-based Jane Leach last year, it shouldn’t stray too much from last year’s format.
- 12.00pm Arrival/Informal Drinks at 1331 bar in York (13 Grape Lane, YO1 7HU).
- 12.30pm Buffet.
- 1.00pm Welcome and Q&A session with the SpeedQuizzing team.
- 2.00pm Quiz, showcasing some brand new features.
- 3.00pm Q&A session about newly revealed features.
- 3.30pm Informal networking with SpeedQuizzing team and fellow hosts.
- 4.30pm Finish (SpeedQuizzing team pack down).
- 5.30pm The SpeedQuizzing team will be doing something sociable on the evening to which everyone will be invited (Last year this amounted to a pub-crawl around two pubs).
York is a popular tourist cathedral city with plenty of things to do and see. Anyone planning to make a weekend of it with respective wives, husbands, partners etc. will be more than welcome to drag them along to whatever it is we decide to do on the evening.
*The deposit (£15) is necessary to ensure that we can have an idea of how many people to cater for. Deposits WILL be refunded on arrival. Deposits WON’T be refunded for no-show’s.
